What does a product purchase include?
Each product page lists the included digital files, available product images, price, license direction, and current delivery status. STLBEAST sells digital files; no physical item is shipped.
Are STLBEAST files guaranteed to print on every machine?
No STL file can guarantee identical results on every printer. STLBEAST provides print-aware designs, clear imagery, validation notes where available, and practical support paths. Always inspect scale, orientation, supports, wall thickness, and material settings in your slicer before a long print.
Can I sell physical prints made from STLBEAST files?
Personal use is the default unless a product or active commercial license explicitly grants physical-print selling rights. The STL files themselves may not be redistributed, resold, shared, or uploaded elsewhere.
How do downloads work?
Products marked “Digital delivery ready” can proceed through the configured checkout and protected download flow. Keep your receipt and account email. For a delivery problem, use the Support page and include the product name and transaction details.
What is AI Doctor?
AI Doctor helps diagnose common 3D-printing failures. Visitors can see a useful sample path, while members receive the deeper diagnosis, ranked causes, repair sequence, verification steps, and saved workflow features available to their plan.
What is Printer Settings?
Printer Settings provides safe starting points and structured profiles for printers, materials, and slicers. Free access demonstrates the workflow; complete profiles, saved settings, and advanced tools are reserved for eligible members.
What does membership add?
Membership is designed for repeat value: eligible product access, complete AI Doctor paths, full Printer Settings profiles, saved printer and repair history, Profile Vault features, and other premium maker workflows described on the membership page.
What is the refund policy for digital products?
Digital products are governed by the published digital-download and refund policies. Review those terms before checkout, and contact Support promptly if a file is inaccessible or materially different from its listing.
