Refund expectations for downloads

Because STLBEAST sells digital STL/ZIP files, refunds are handled carefully. Once a digital file has been delivered or downloaded, the order may not be refundable unless there is a verified file/access issue that STLBEAST cannot correct.

Wrong purchase or duplicate purchase: contact support quickly.
Download/access problem: STLBEAST will first try to restore access or provide the correct file.
Model print results: slicer settings, material, scale, and printer calibration are the buyer's responsibility.
