Baseline FDM settings

Neptune 4 Pro / Orca Slicer starting point

Layer height0.2 mm for most display terrain and practical prints. Use 0.16 mm for finer detail if time allows.

Walls3 walls/perimeters for strength and clean outer surfaces.

Infill10–15% for display pieces. Increase only when the part needs added strength.

SupportsUse only where needed. Tree/organic supports are preferred for complex display models.

BrimUse a brim for tall, narrow, or adhesion-risk prints.

ScaleUse uniform scaling unless a product page says otherwise.

Before a paid print

Open the STL in Orca, slice it, inspect supports, check the first layers, and confirm there are no floating sections or impossible overhangs for your setup.
