Calibration Checklist

Run these checks before blaming the STL file or changing ten settings at once.

1Bed clean + level

Clean the build plate, confirm mesh/level state, and set Z-offset carefully.

2Extrusion check

Watch for clicking, grinding, gaps, over-extrusion, or inconsistent flow.

3Slicer preview

Check first layer contact, support islands, overhangs, bridges, and thin details.

4Small test first

Run a shorter diagnostic or scale/section test before a long premium print.

5Document what worked

Save material, temperature, support, and adhesion notes for repeat success.

6Escalate smartly

Use AI Doctor/member profile help when failures repeat.
